BECOME A FESTIVAL SPONSOR

The St. Athanasius Greek Orthodox Community of Arlington, Massachusetts will be celebrating its annual 3-Day Greek Festival on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 5, 6 and 7, 2009. 

The theme of our Festival is “A Greek Cultural Odyssey.” It will be held under a 200 ft by 60 ft tent on our church grounds!  We will welcome over 10,000 visitors of all ages from the New England area, and around the country. 

We present to you the following Sponsorship packages in our Festival Book (8 ½ X 5 ½):

OPTION 1:  A $250 donation will secure a full page advertisement in our Festival Book which will be distributed to over 10,000 patrons participating in our 3 day event.

OPTION 2:  A $400 donation will secure an advertisement package which includes a full page advertisement in our Festival Book, plus a tee sponsorship at our 12th Annual Golf Classic held in September, 2009.

OPTION 3:  A $500 donation combines Option 2 PLUS a sponsorship listing with hyper link on the following web sites http://www.ArlingtonFestival.com,   http://SaintAthanasius.org and on the http://StAthanasiusGolf.com website.

OPTION 4:  A $2,000 donation secures the title listing of Benefactor Festival Sponsor. This package includes Option 3 PLUS signage with your company logo sponsoring specific events, which will broadcast on overhead projection inside the walls of our Festival tent.  We will work with you on meeting your advertising requirements which will include your name/logo on a banner inside our large tent.

OPTION 5:  A $3,500 donation secures the title of Grand Benefactor Festival Sponsor status. This   includes Option 4, PLUS the listing of your name/logo on the banner over Pleasant Street (Route 60) in Arlington, MA, a booth inside our tent to promote your product(s), and your name/logo advertised alongside our Greek Festival on all media forms including:  www.GreekBoston.com, The Hellenic Voice Newspaper, and local newspapers supporting Arlington, Belmont, Lexington, Winchester, and other surrounding communities.  Your sponsorship also includes a Bronze Leaf on our “Giving Tree” displayed in our James Bouboulis Auditorium.

OPTION 6:  $125 PARISHIONER SPONSOR –half page ad

OPTION 7:  $50 PARISHIONER PATRON – name, special message or well wishes
